  1. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the onion and bell pepper. Cook for about 5 minutes until softened.
  2. Stir in the garlic, cumin, and paprika. Cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Pour in the crushed tomatoes. Let the sauce simmer for 5 minutes until it thickens slightly. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Use a spoon to make 4 small "wells" or indentations in the sauce. Carefully crack an egg into each well.
  5. Turn the heat to low, put a lid on the pan, and cook for 5 to 8 minutes.
