Instructions:

  1. Make your sauce by mixing the sugar, fish sauce, soy sauce, and oyster sauce
  2. Put oil in the pan and stir fry the garlic, onion, and chilies
  3. Add the ground meat and stir fry until browned
  4. Pour in your sauce and stir fry until cooked off
  5. Deglaze the pan with the water or chicken stock
  6. Add in the holy basil leaves, stir, and take off the heat
  7. Serve with rice, fried egg, and green beans
