  1. don't drop the eggs hahahahah
  2. Mix eggs in a bowl.
  3. Bring chicken broth to a boil in a pot, then reduce heat.
  4. Mix cornstarch and water together in a bowl, then pour into the pot until thickened to your liking.
  5. Pour the eggs into the pot while stirring the soup to create egg ribbons.
  6. Add salt and pepper into the pan along with any additional seasoning.
  7. Finish off with scallions along with any additional garnishes.
