Steps

  1. Finely shred carrots and celery, chop tomatoes into small chunks, and mince the garlic cloves.
  2. In a pot with olive oil, cook ground pork with some minced garlic until no longer pink.
  3. Make a hole in the center of the pot, add more minced garlic, and add the shredded carrots and celery.
  4. Add salt and garlic powder over the carrots and celery, then stir.
  5. Add tomato chunks and remaining minced garlic, followed by 4 ounces of A2 milk.
  6. Add the Prego red sauce, followed by garlic powder, salt, and Worcestershire sauce.
  7. Add another 4 ounces of A2 milk, mix thoroughly and let sauce simmer for 10 minutes.
  8. Add rotini pasta noodles to the bolognese sauce after cooking it in hot water.

Food Critic Review

After following your exact instructions, visually, it looks inviting. Vegetables are cooked on point, all of the ingredients are well balanced and give a distinct flavor. But when I take a closer look at the ground pork... it's raw... IT'S FLIPPING RAW!
