Ingredients
1 bowl of steamed rice
1 ton assorted vegetables (carrots, zucchini, spinach, bean sprouts)
1 egg
2 tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tsp soy sauce
Bulgogi beef or tofu
Steps
Prepare steamed rice and place it in a large bowl.
Sauté or blanch each vegetable separately, season lightly with salt or garlic.
Cook bulgogi beef or tofu with soy sauce, garlic, and a little sugar.
Fry an egg sunny-side-up.
Neatly arrange the vegetables and protein over the rice.
Top with the egg, drizzle sesame oil, and add a spoonful of gochujang.
Mix everything together and enjoy!
