2.5 tablespoon white granulated sugar or granulated cane sugar
1.5 teaspoon matcha ceremonial or everyday grade powder
4 tablespoon hot water
4-6 ice cubes
Instructions
Add strawberries and sugar into a drinking class and crush or blend till they form a purée.
Add ice cubes over the puréed strawberries, pour milk, and set aside.
Sift the matcha powder into a small bowl and add hot water. Whisk until frothy.
Pour the matcha liquid over the set aside strawberry purée and milk.
Stir and enjoy!
