Easy Berry Smoothie 🍓
Ingredients (1 serving)
1 cup frozen mixed berries
1 frozen banana
1 cup milk
½ cup vanilla greek yogurt
1-2 tbsp honey or any sweetener(optional)
1 tbsp chia seeds (optional)
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a blender.
Blend until smooth.
Taste and adjust sweetness or thickness (add more milk to thin or more berries to thicken).
Pour and enjoy!
