This is my go-to drink on cold mornings or whenever I need a little warmth. It's way better than anything from a coffee shop and takes about 10 minutes. The cinnamon makes it feel cozy without being too sweet.

  1. Brew your espresso or strong coffee and pour it into your favorite mug.
  2. In a small saucepan, warm the milk over medium heat — don't let it boil.
  3. Stir in the cinnamon, sugar (or honey), and nutmeg into the warm milk.
  4. Froth the milk using a frother, a whisk, or just shake it in a jar with the lid on.
  5. Pour the frothed cinnamon milk over your espresso.
  6. Top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon if you're feeling fancy.
  7. Sit down, take a sip, and enjoy your moment. ☕
