Breakfast Smoothie
Ingredients (2 serving)
2 cups milk
1 & ½ scoop protein mix
1 tablespoon peanut butter
1 tablespoon cocoa powder
2 cups spinach
1 banana
Instructions
Add milk, spinach, banana, peanut butter, protein, cocoa to blender.
Include more peanut butter or mix for extra protein
Blend for 2 minutes & serve!
