Brown Sugar Boba
Ingredients:
1/2 cup tapioca pearls (boba)
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup water (for syrup)
4 cups water (for boiling)
1 cup milk
Ice cubes
Instructions:
Boil 4 cups of water. Add tapioca pearls and cook for 20 minutes until soft.
Drain the pearls and rinse with cold water.
In a small pot, mix brown sugar and 1/2 cup water. Simmer until it becomes a thick syrup.
Add the pearls to the syrup and stir to coat them.
Pour the pearls and syrup into a glass, add ice, and fill with milk.
