  1. Heat pan to medium/high
  2. Add oil
  3. When oil is smoking and swirling around pan, lay steak away from you and put in the pan
  4. Flip steak after 4 mins each side or 2-3 mins depending on how thick steak
  5. Turn heat to medium, add butter, garlic, Thyme, and rosemary
  6. Start basting each side with butter for a minute each side
  7. Stick thermometer from the side into the deepest part of the steak and take out once steak is at your desired temperature (130-135 for medum rare)
  8. Let sit on cutting board for 5-10 minutes, cut, and serve
