Steak
An amazing 15 min dinner
Ingredients
- Salt
- Pepper
- Butter
- Garlic
- High smoke point oil
- Thyme/Rosemary
- Steak itself
Things needed
- Cutting board
- Knife
- Pan
- Thermometer
Instructions
- Heat pan to medium/high
- Add oil
- When oil is smoking and swirling around pan, lay steak away from you and put in the pan
- Flip steak after 4 mins each side or 2-3 mins depending on how thick steak
- Turn heat to medium, add butter, garlic, Thyme, and rosemary
- Start basting each side with butter for a minute each side
- Stick thermometer from the side into the deepest part of the steak and take out once steak is at your desired temperature (130-135 for medum rare)
- Let sit on cutting board for 5-10 minutes, cut, and serve
