Simple Fried Rice
Ingredients
- 3 cups white rice
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup frozen peas and carrots
- 3 cloves of minced garlic
- 2 tbsp soysauce
- 2 sliced green onions
- pinch of black pepper
Directions
- Scramble the eggs
- Saute garlic with oil
- Stir fry vegetables for 1-2 mins
- Fry the rice on high for 3-4 mins
- Pour soy sauce and season with black pepper
- Fold scrambled eggs in and stir
