  4. Pour most of the coconut mixture over the hot rice and let it rest for 10 minutes so the rice absorbs the flavor.
  5. Plate the sticky rice with sliced mango and drizzle the remaining coconut sauce on top.
  6. Finish with toasted sesame seeds if you want extra texture.
