Protein Oatmeal (overnight)
Ingredients:
Oats
Milk
Frozen fruits (preferably berries)
Protein Powder
Steps:
Pour oats and milk into a bowl and mix. About 1:1 ratio.
Put as many frozen fruits as you like.
Put in fridge overnight
Take out the bowl in the morning, put in a scoop of protein powder, and mix.
