Protein Oatmeal (overnight)
Ingredients:
- Oats
- Milk
- Frozen fruits (preferably berries)
- Protein Powder
Steps:
- Pour oats and milk into a bowl and mix. About 1:1 ratio.
- Put as many frozen fruits as you like.
- Put in fridge overnight
- Take out the bowl in the morning, put in a scoop of protein powder, and mix.
