Mashed Potatoes

Instructions

  1. Place potatoes in large put and cover with cold water
  2. Add salt to water and bring to a boil
  3. Gentle simmer for 20-30 minutes
  4. Drain the potatoes and peel the skins off
  5. Pass potatoes twice through a sieve
  6. Place potatoes in saucepan over low heat and stir continuously
  7. Slowly incorporate butter and then milk into the potatoes
  8. Serve!
