Mac and Cheese
Ingredients:
8 ounces elbow macaroni
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon paprika
2 cups milk
2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
Instructions:
Cook macaroni in pot and drain.
Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
Stir in flour, salt, pepper, and paprika until smooth.
Gradually whisk in milk. Cook until thickened, stirring constantly.
Add cheese and stir until melted. Combine with macaroni.
