Grilled Cheese Sandwich
Ingredients
- 2 slices of sourdough bread
- 2 slices of sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 slice of gruyere cheese
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
Instructions
- Spread butter evenly on one side of each bread slice.
- Place one slice of bread, butter-side down, in a skillet over medium heat.
- Top with cheddar and gruyere cheese slices.
- Place the second slice of bread on top, butter-side up.
- Cook until the bottom bread is golden brown and cheese starts to melt, about 3-4 minutes.
- Flip and cook the other side until golden brown and cheese is fully melted.
- Serve hot!
