Juicy Classic Hamburger
Ingredients:
1/2 pound ground beef (80/20)
1 hamburger bun
2 slices American cheese
1 tomato, sliced
Lettuce leaves
1 onion, sliced
1 tablespoons of butter
Salt and pepper to taste
Condiments (ketchup, mustard, mayonnaise, ranch, BBQ sauce)
Instructions:
Form beef into a patty, season with salt and pepper
Cook on medium-high heat for 4-5 minutes each side
Add cheese during last minute of cooking
Toast the buns lightly
Assemble burger with lettuce, tomato, onion, and condiments

Very tasty, although I prefer the onions grilled.
